These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CIL Foundation website, communications, proposals, and related services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

CIL Foundation provides strategy, design, mobile application development, digital product development, and launch support for organizations and businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in separate written proposals or service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely information, approvals, content, credentials, access, and feedback needed to complete agreed work. Delays in these materials may affect schedules and delivery dates.

4. Payments

Fees, invoicing schedules, taxes, and payment terms are defined in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due in the currency and timeline listed on the invoice or contract.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables is assigned as described in the applicable agreement after required payments are received. CIL Foundation may retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable methods, general knowledge, and non-client-specific components used during the work.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to handle confidential business, technical, operational, and personal information with reasonable care and to use it only for the purpose of the project or relationship.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party platforms, app stores, cloud services, payment tools, analytics providers, or other integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and may require separate accounts, approvals, or fees.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We aim to provide professional services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services and website content are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIL Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
